Hello, I'm Lauren!
I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember — music is a core part of who I am. From an early age, I was performing in choirs, talent shows, and anywhere else I could belt out a tune - audience or not! I went on to study at the BRIT School for Performing Arts, where I deepened my love for singing through classical, musical theatre and contemporary vocal training.
Over the past two decades, I’ve built a varied and fulfilling career not only as a performer, but as a passionate vocal coach. Helping others find, strengthen and enjoy their voices is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Whether you’re a beginner discovering your sound, an experienced singer building technique, or singing purely for well-being, I believe in a coaching style that’s supportive, empowering and rooted in joy.
I teach one-to-one and group sessions across a wide range of ages and experience levels. I’ve led community choirs in London; and been Lead Vocal Coach and Arranger on a European music industry programme, supporting young artists in performance, musicianship and recording. I’ve also run singing workshops for schools, corporate teams, and adult groups — always with a focus on confidence, expression and connection.
Alongside my coaching, I’ve had the privilege of performing in a variety of beautiful venues across the UK and abroad — from intimate settings to large-scale stages, live and on television. I’ve fronted a soul function band and an acoustic duo, sung with professional choirs, and written and recorded a catalogue of library tracks, many of which are available on streaming platforms.
And I’ve sung the same bedtime song to my two sons — now four and six — every night since they were born!
For me, singing is far more than a skill. It’s a deeply human way of connecting, expressing, grounding and uplifting ourselves. It can boost confidence, calm an overwhelmed nervous system, or simply brighten a difficult day. Singing can have a profound impact on us physically, mentally, emotionally and socially— and there’s plenty of research to prove it.
In short: I love to sing, and I love to help others sing too. I’m proud of where my voice has taken me, and I’d love to support you in discovering where yours could take you, too!
